Lucky Friday the 13th brought both Project 101.5 and Radio Free Santa Fe 98.1, Joshua Radin and Meiko to our studios for a live in-studio session. Meiko played her hit single, Boys with Girlfriends from her self titled debut album. She also revealed a new single she has been working on that is the follow up to Boys with Girlfriends. Meiko & Joshua Radin Live at the Santa Fe Brewing Co.
On Friday the 13th at the Santa Fe Brewing Company Jesse Harris, Mieko and headliner Joshua Radin played to a packed house. Jessie’s claim to fame is writing five of Norah Jones songs from her first album. Jessie played his version of Come Away with Me on the banjo. When Meiko played her hit single, Boys with Girlfriends she had all the girls in the audience singing along with her. To end the night a captivating performance by Joshua Radin. He had been fighting a cold for the past few days but you couldn’t tell the difference besides his deeper more Barry White voice.
